Our 5,000 Step Per Day Challenge for Weight Loss & Healthfulness. COVID-19 caused many of us to be more sedentary. This is an opportunity to join our group, have some Fun and Win by starting this great habit.
We will walk together M-W-F mornings but you can do it at your leisure. Also SUBSCRIBE to our Youtube Page where you may walk with us any time that you would like. Recordings of lives where we shout out high achievers will be posted.
No weights are required, no meal plans, no grueling workouts. Let's just walk off those extra pounds together, eat sensibly and learn the right mindset. We'll be doing weekly shows where we bring on experts to help you stay motivated during this walking/weight loss challenge. Walk approximately 1 hour per day or break it into 1/2hour 2 times per day. Do what works for you and win. Walking with an accountability group makes you 95% more likely to complete the task.
