Join our 5,000 Step Per Day Challenge for Weight Loss & Healthfulness. This is an opportunity for you to join our group, have some Fun and Win by starting this great habit. We'll be doing weekly shows where we bring on experts to help you stay motivated during this walking/weight loss challenge. Walk approximately 1 hour per day or break it into 1/2hour 2 times per day. Do what works for you and win. Waking with an accountability group makes you 95% more likely to complete the task. Just share your steps from your device with us daily in our private website group. You can feel comfortable to post questions and get answers. Don't worry if you miss a day, you can get right back up the next day and walk a few extra steps.
